Fran Marazzito
Fran Marazzito was first licensed in real estate in 1991 in New York’s Hudson Valley, and has been living in Roatan since 1999 with his wife Stella.
In 2001, together they formed Roatan Property Management and have successfully expanded their real estate sales to include managing properties for absentee homeowners ever since.
With experience in real estate sales, management, vacation rentals and island living in 2008 Fran joined Roatan Island Real Estate to further serve the needs of guests and clients when searching for or selling their vacation home on the island.
